How it works.

Buy it
Order the bag that best suits your rubbish type and quantity and we’ll drop it to your front door.

Fill it
Open your bag and place it near your front fence or on the driveway. Fill it with suitable materials then book a pick up.

Book it
Once your bag is full, head to the booking page on this website or scan the QR Code on your bag to schedule and pay for your pick up. As long as your bag is in an easily accessible location you don’t even need to be home during your collection window!

Relax
Put your feet up knowing your general waste is being responsibly removed from the island and deposited in an accredited disposal facility in Cleveland.

Whether you’re Spring cleaning or renovating, we have a bag size to suit.
The Standard Bag is 2m³, which can fit eight wheelie bins worth of rubbish and hold up to 1000kg!
The Jumbo Bag is 3m³, which can fit 12 wheelie bins worth of rubbish and hold up to 1500kg!

Location
Your bags should be placed within six (6) meters of the street curb or driveway and be within your property boundary. Remember to also make sure there are no obstructions like powerlines, trees, driveways and cars.
Oversized
Our bags are built tough, but they shouldn’t be bursting at the seams. If the four straps can touch each other then you’re good to go. However, please also be mindful of the weight limits. If you know your bag is going to be too heavy, let us know in advance, and we’ll come up with a solution.
